Tanisha Minev is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law, contract negotiation, and legal operations. Currently serving as Legal Counsel at Yoco since August 2022, Tanisha leads corporate legal activities related to investment funding and governance, as well as overseeing commercial contracts and process improvements. Prior to this role, Tanisha worked as a Senior Legal Advisor at Radiant Law, providing outsourced legal services for international clients and enhancing legal processes across multiple jurisdictions. Tanisha's career also includes significant positions at Deloitte South Africa, where responsibilities encompassed legal advice and risk management across various service lines. Tanisha began a legal career as a Candidate Attorney and has continually pursued professional development, earning multiple legal qualifications, including a Postgraduate Diploma in Drafting & Interpretation of Contracts from the University of Johannesburg.
