Prior experience includes mentorship at Esade EdTech Accelerator, Associate Director of Executive Education at INCAE Business School, and Director of Open Enrollment Programs at Esade. A seasoned financial professional, Balbás also held various positions at Bankinter, including Branch Director and Corporate Banking Manager.
