Bastien VIALADE has a diverse and extensive work experience. Bastien is currently working as the Lead Product Manager at YNOV Campus. Prior to this, from 2016 to 2023, they were the CEO cofounder of STAFFTEAM. During their time at STAFFTEAM, they also served as the CEO of Staff-VIP from November 2019 to October 2022. Before that, from 2013 to 2016, they worked at ALTEN as the Division Director and Business Unit Director, overseeing multiple sectors and responsibilities. From 2009 to 2013, Bastien worked at Astek, first as the Managing Director and later as the Business Unit Manager. Lastly, they started their career as a Software Engineer at CS Communication & Systèmes from 1999 until 2004.

Bastien VIALADE obtained a DESS ASIC degree in Technologie informatique / technologie des systèmes informatiques from Université Paul Sabatier Toulouse III in 2000. Prior to that, they completed their Diplôme d'ingénieur in Technologies reliées à l'ingénierie mécanique / techniciens from Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Tarbes - ENIT in the period from 1993 to 1999.
