Rob Phillpot is an accomplished CEO and advisor with extensive experience in technology, social justice, and community development. Since June 2018, Rob has led Gravel Road Ventures, focusing on innovative solutions to complex problems and fostering collaboration among passionate individuals. Concurrently, Rob serves as an advisor for HammerTech, Humanitix, and Mastt, and holds board positions at Felix and Scotch College Melbourne. Rob is also the CEO of Gravel Road Foundation, dedicated to empowering young girls and indigenous Australians facing challenges. As a mentor for Igniting Change and an advisory council member for The Elders Foundation, Rob actively contributes to initiatives promoting peace, justice, and sustainable development. Rob holds a Bachelor of Commerce and a Bachelor of Property Development with honors, alongside a Master of Building from the University of Melbourne.
