Jose Balderas currently serves as the Vice President of Camping Services at the YMCA of Metropolitan Fort Worth, a position held since July 2020, and has previously held roles including Chief of Staff and Strategic Aide. As a business owner of Five Dollar Fitness, Jose focuses on community health and wellness programs. Experience includes part ownership at Strength and Power Assessments, providing physical assessment tests for various organizations from May 2015 to May 2021, and roles within Fort Worth ISD, including Assistant to the AVID Director and Lead AVID Tutor. Early career highlights include positions at CrossFit Colleyville as Lead Personal Trainer and Manager, and as Program Coordinator at the just keep livin Foundation. Jose Balderas completed education at Texas Woman's University from 2012 to 2020.
