Jennifer Hardy possesses extensive experience in early childhood education and program management. Currently serving as the Association Program Specialist at the YMCA of San Diego County, Jennifer collaborates with preschool directors to enhance learning environments across 11 preschools, acting as a coach for teachers involved in the San Diego First 5 Quality Preschool Initiative. Previous roles include Child and Youth Program Director at the US Navy, where Jennifer managed a child development center, and Preschool Director at Larchmont United Methodist Church Preschool, overseeing operations and staff for a religious exempt preschool. Additional experience includes senior management positions at Places and Programs for Children, Inc., focusing on licensed child day centers.
