Kelsey Swift is an experienced professional currently serving as the Regional Staff and Volunteer Director at YMCA of the Triangle since April 2019. Prior to this role, Kelsey held various positions, including Staff Associate III at Young Life and Designer at Kitchen and Bath Galleries, where responsibilities involved client consultation, project management, and sales of design elements. Kelsey also contributed to the Cherokee Gives Back Foundation by performing administrative functions and enhancing financial accuracy, while engaging in leadership development as a Raleigh Fellow with The National Fellows Initiative. Kelsey began a strategic planning internship at Eastside Church, focusing on organizational efficiency through data analysis and software implementation. Kelsey holds a Bachelor of Science in Communication from James Madison University.
