Niall Murton is an experienced executive in the non-profit sector, currently serving as the Executive Director at YMCA of the Greater Twin Cities since September 2010, overseeing nine Day Camps and a Mobile Camp program, achieving significant camper enrollment growth. Previously held roles include Camp & Outreach Director and Director of Student Leadership & Community Partnerships, where responsibilities included managing camper programs, leading community engagement initiatives, and driving fundraising efforts. Niall's prior experience encompasses positions at Skyhawks Sports Academy, Foothills Park & Recreation District, YMCA of Metropolitan Denver, and Colorado Christian University, displaying a strong background in youth sports administration, program development, and athletic coaching. Educational credentials include a Master’s degree in Curriculum & Instruction and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, both from Colorado Christian University, as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Health & Physical Education.
