Sharon Chan has extensive experience in program management and operations, currently serving as Division Head of Programmes at YMCA of Singapore since July 2015, with additional roles as Head of Department for Project Bridge and Youth Development. Prior to this, Sharon held the position of Operations Manager at Anergy Fun Engineers Pte Ltd from September 2007 to September 2014, where responsibilities included team building, corporate training, event coordination, and effective communication through presentations and in-house publicity material design. Skills also encompass basic video editing and content creation, alongside managing social media platforms for promotional purposes.
