Delayzio Amerson is an accomplished professional with extensive leadership experience in the YMCA organization, currently serving as Senior Executive Director at the YMCA of Silicon Valley since July 2013. Throughout a career spanning over two decades, Delayzio has held various senior roles, including Group Vice President at the YMCA of Metropolitan Chicago and Executive Director positions at both the YMCA of Greater St. Louis and the YMCA of Metropolitan Milwaukee. Delayzio's expertise includes managing operations, community and board development, and fundraising for families in need. Delayzio also contributed as a Small Business Specialist volunteer for the Peace Corps. Delayzio holds a Master's degree in Human Service Administration from Springfield College and a Bachelor's degree from Grambling State University.
