Toko Thompson, MBA, CMA, HCISPP, currently serves as Vice President and CFO at the YMCA of Pierce and Kitsap Counties since June 2019, providing strategic leadership for one of the top YMCA organizations nationally. Prior experience includes serving as Chief Compliance and Security Officer and other leadership roles at Quorum Review from April 2003 to March 2019, where Toko managed financial and regulatory compliance, privacy, and cybersecurity. Toko also held significant positions at Rayonier and CI Seafoods, Inc., demonstrating expertise in corporate finance strategy and innovative growth initiatives. Academic credentials include an MBA in Business Administration and Management from Albers School of Business and Economics at Seattle University, a BA in English Literature and Comparative Politics from Sophia University, and a diploma in Computer Programming and Accounting from Knapp College of Business.
