Chad Zaucha serves as the President and CEO of the YMCA of Muncie since October 2016 and has held the position of Board Chair for the Indiana Alliance of YMCAs from January 2022 to December 2023. Previously, Chad Zaucha was the CEO of the Kosciusko Community YMCA from August 2010 to September 2016 and the Executive Director/CEO of the YMCA of Clay County from November 2004 to August 2010. Chad Zaucha began a career in sports as an Assistant Baseball Coach at Indiana State University from December 2002 to October 2004. Chad Zaucha earned both a Bachelor of Science in Health and Safety with a focus on Health Education and a Master of Science in Physical Education specializing in Coaching from Indiana State University.
