EJ Barbato is an experienced marketing and communications professional currently serving as the Marketing & Communications Manager at the YMCA of Montclair since August 2021, where responsibilities include developing social media strategies, producing engaging content, and leading the Women's Leadership Resource Network. As the Founder of Grumpy Pumpkin Productions, EJ oversees all aspects of video production, from writing to editing, while managing the company's online presence. Previous roles include Video Editor and Social Media Coordinator at Seafarers International House, Videographer and Video Editor at NiCori Studios and Productions, and Co-Founder of The Jane Mag. EJ holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Marymount Manhattan College and is pursuing a Master of Science in Communications Management at the S.I. Newhouse School of Public Communications at Syracuse University.
