Paula Irwin is an experienced leader in program management and development, currently serving as the Executive Branch Director at the YMCA of Metropolitan Chattanooga since May 2021, after previously holding the role of Program Director. Prior to this, Paula served as the Director of Girl Experience at the Girl Scout Council of the Southern Appalachians from April 2010 to March 2021. Paula holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from Columbus State University, completed in 2006.
