Shauna-Kaye Davis has a diverse work experience in the field of youth development and community engagement. Shauna-Kaye has held various roles in different organizations, including the YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta, TNTP, Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro Atlanta, Habitat for Humanity International, Habitat for Humanity Greater Greensboro, and YMCA of Greensboro.

At the YMCA of Metropolitan Atlanta, they currently serve as the Vice President of Youth Programs, championing communities where everyone belongs and overseeing programs and services that build spirit, mind, and body.

Prior to their current role, Shauna-Kaye worked as the Director of Community Engagement at TNTP, where they played a key role in fostering community involvement and collaboration.

Before that, they served as the Volunteer Services Coordinator at Habitat for Humanity Greater Greensboro, where they managed volunteer staffing, authored program policies, and coordinated construction activities.

Earlier in their career, they worked at the YMCA of Greensboro as the Middle School Summer Camp & Afterschool Program Manager. In this role, they developed and delivered successful leadership development programs and provided staff recognition and supervision.

Shauna-Kaye Davis earned a Bachelor's Degree in Political Science with a Law Concentration from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro from 2006 to 2008. Prior to that, they obtained another Bachelor's Degree in Political Science from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University from 2004 to 2006. Shauna-Kaye completed their high school education and received a diploma from Apex High School from 2000 to 2004.
