The Leadership Team at the YMCA of Metro North is responsible for steering the organization's strategic direction and ensuring alignment with its mission, vision, and cause. This team, consisting of the President and CEO, Vice President of Communications and Marketing, Chief Financial Officer, and Vice President of Human Resources and Chief Administrative Officer, collaborates to oversee daily operations, implement policies, manage financial health, drive marketing and communication efforts, and foster a positive workplace culture. Together, they work to strengthen the community by providing quality social, recreational, and educational experiences that promote honesty, respect, caring, and responsibility.
