LaChile Turner is a seasoned professional in the YMCA network, currently serving as the Senior Program Director at the YMCA of Greater Richmond since February 2022. Prior experience includes roles as Membership Director and Member Experience Coordinator at the YMCA of the Virginia Peninsulas from September 2019 to February 2022. LaChile's tenure with the Peninsula Metropolitan YMCA spanned from July 2012 to September 2019, where responsibilities included Account Clerk and Lead Welcome Center Staff. Earlier experience as a Camp Counselor was gained at York County Parks and Recreation from June 1998 to July 2011. LaChile obtained a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Virginia Union University, studying from August 2003 to May 2009.
