Donnalea Hulett, PHR, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Benefits, Compensation & HRIS Director at the YMCA of Greater New York, a position held since September 2007. Prior experience includes serving as a Benefits & Compensation Specialist at Atlantic Bank of New York from 1998 to November 2005. Donnalea holds a BBA in Human Resources Management from Baruch College and a diploma in Humanities from Townsend Harris High School, which was obtained between 1990 and 1994.
