Mike Wright is an experienced executive with a strong focus on human resources, organizational leadership, and diversity initiatives. Currently serving as the Chairperson of the Board and Chief Volunteer Officer for the YMCA of Greater Monmouth County, Mike leads governance and fundraising efforts while ensuring alignment with the organization's mission. Previously, as Executive Vice President and Head of Human Resources and Diversity Practice at Seiden Krieger Associates, Mike specialized in executive search for senior HR roles. Additional leadership roles include Independent Board Director at Mobiquity Technologies and Senior Vice President & Chief HR Officer at Covanta, where Mike directed global HR functions. Founding The Wright Group, Inc. further showcased expertise in human capital consulting. Mike's academic credentials include an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a BS in Industrial Engineering from North Carolina State University.
