Jessica Earnshaw currently serves as the Steering Chair for the Centurions Leadership Program, a prestigious leadership development initiative in Kansas City. In the role of Associate Vice President of Community Relations and Giving at the YMCA of Greater Kansas City, Jessica drives community engagement and philanthropic efforts. Previous experience includes ownership of La Vie Photography, where Jessica specialized in capturing headshots and family portraits. Jessica has held executive positions at PNC and Charlie's House, and has managed events for organizations such as the Edison Awards and Wayside Waifs. Educationally, Jessica holds a Master’s in Education from Baker University and a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education from Northwestern College.
