Amy Griffith has extensive experience in leadership roles within the YMCA of Greater Fort Wayne, serving as Executive Director, Associate Executive Director, Senior Program Director, Director of Sports and Childcare, and Sports Director since May 2014. Prior to this, Amy Griffith worked as the Wellness Center Manager at Indiana Tech from July 2011 to May 2014. Academically, Amy Griffith obtained a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management from the Indiana Institute of Technology in 2013, following a Bachelor of Science in Recreation Management and an Associate of Science in Recreation Management from the same institution in 2011 and 2010, respectively.
