Georganne Buccine, MBA, currently serves as the Vice President of Youth Development at the YMCA of Delaware, a position held since February 2020. Prior experience includes roles such as Child Care Licensing Inspector for the Department of Social Services, Assistant Principal for Early Childhood Education at Mapleton Public Schools, and Licensing Inspector at Red Rocks Community College-Child Care Innovations Licensing. Georganne has also worked as a Regional Manager overseeing multiple Corporate Early Learning Centers in Colorado, Texas, and Utah, as well as in New Jersey, South Carolina, Pennsylvania, and New York for TUTOR TIME LEARNING SYSTEMS, INC. Educational qualifications comprise a Master of Business Administration from Colorado State University College of Business and a Bachelor of Education in Elementary Education and Teaching from Stockton University.
