Nat Auten is an experienced executive in the YMCA network, currently serving as President and CEO of the YMCA of Catawba Valley since March 2017, overseeing a diverse organization that engages 30,000 members across multiple branches and locations. Responsibilities include strategic planning, executive team supervision, community partnerships, and fiscal oversight, along with advocacy at local, state, and national levels. Prior to this role, Nat held leadership positions at the YMCA of Greater Spartanburg and the Adrian L. Shuford Jr. YMCA, showcasing a strong background in organizational development and community engagement. Nat's career began at the Hickory Foundation YMCA as Operations Director, preceded by a Bachelor of Science degree from North Carolina State University.
