The Leadership Team at YMCA of Greensboro is responsible for steering the strategic direction and overall management of the organization. Comprising the President & CEO, Group Vice President & Executive Director, Vice President of Philanthropy, and Vice President of Finance and Administration, this team ensures that the organization upholds its mission of fostering community and individual growth through targeted programs and services. They coordinate efforts to manage resources, drive fundraising and financial planning, and maintain high standards of operational excellence, thereby enhancing the Y's impact on the community.
