Mikko Järveläinen is a seasoned manager in mergers and acquisitions, currently serving as Manager for Group Mergers & Acquisitions at ABB since February 2021. Mikko's notable projects include the private placement and IPO preparations for ABB E-mobility, multiple acquisitions in the EV charging and renewable energy sectors, and divestments of various ABB business units. Additionally, Mikko holds a position on the Board of Directors at Ylva and co-founded the non-profit Carbon Deed, focusing on enhancing biodiversity and combating climate change in the Nordics.
