Tonya Y. Johnson, MBA, is a seasoned human resources and finance professional with extensive experience in both non-profit and corporate sectors. Currently serving as a Total Rewards Business Partner at YKK AP Inc. since June 2024, Tonya previously held the position of Director of Human Resources at OE Enterprises, Inc., where responsibilities included oversight of recruitment, training, performance management, compensation, and employee relations for over 200 staff across 14 locations. Additional roles include Director of Finance and Administration at the Durham Center for Senior Life, where Tonya managed finance, HR, and grants management while supporting senior citizens' services. With a Master of Business Administration in Accounting from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from St. Ambrose University, Tonya brings a comprehensive skill set to their professional endeavors.
