Aaron Leinonen has a solid background in finance and control functions in various multinational companies. Starting in 2002 as a Trainee Business Analyst at Nokia Corporation, they then moved to Wärtsilä, where they held roles such as Assistant Corporate Controller and later Corporate Controller. Aaron transitioned to YIT in 2016, where they served as Vice President of Group Accounting and Reporting, Group Controller, and most recently as Vice President of Finance and Business Control for Housing Finland and CEE.
Aaron Leinonen holds an M.Sc.(Econ.) from Aalto University. In 2012 to 2013, they attended the Hanken School of Economics for the Controller Performance Program.
