Casper Tribler is the CEO of Scio+, a big data and analytics company providing software solutions bundled with physical production equipment within the agriculture industry. Scio+ focus on data driven profit optimisation throughout the livestock value chain. Scio+ is owned by Big Dutchman group, which investment portfolio includes +50 companies worldwide.

Under Casper's leadership, Scio+ has become a P/L positive company within 4 years of start-up. Casper has also successfully implemented big data and analytics platforms (e.g. Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, IoT, visualisation) at Scio+.

Casper is responsible for 5 direct reporting staff and 15 indirect staff in Denmark and New Zealand. Casper has also executed a forward-looking agenda in collaboration with the board of directors focused on strategy, technology, culture and talent.

In addition to their work at Scio+, Casper also promotes the benefits of data science on sustainability, the environment, food quality and human health, and animal welfare in various news media and conferences.

Casper Tribler has a background in business administration and management, with a focus on economics and commercial law. Casper has completed executive management programs at both INSEAD and Aarhus University, as well as a certification in design thinking from LinkedIn. Casper also holds certifications in industry 4.0 from The Hong Kong Polytechnic University, agile project management from the University of Maryland, and Leading in the Digital Age from Boston University.
