Royce Cassee has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. They started their career at Coop Supermarkten in 2012 as a Teamleider and remained in this role until April 2015. In 2014, they joined Dean Rich Fashion as a Financieel administratief medewerker, and later transitioned to a Junior accountmanager role, which they held until January 2019.

In 2019, Cassee joined Tele2 Nederland as an Administratief medewerker and then became a Customer Service Agent. They worked in these roles from March 2019 to November 2019.

After leaving Tele2 Nederland, Cassee joined T-Mobile in November 2019 as an accountmanager Migratie. They held this position until January 2021 when they became an Accountmanager Small Enterprise. In December 2021, Cassee took on the role of Accountmanager VSE +, which they held until July 2022.

Currently, Cassee works at Yielder Group, where they are involved in Retail sales starting from July 2022.

Royce Cassee completed their education at Scheidegger Opleidingen, where they obtained a degree in Junior Account Manager in 2019. Prior to that, they attended Roc from 2013 to 2015 and achieved a degree in Financial Administrative Assistant at the mbo level 3.
