Herwin van der Kamp has a diverse work experience in the telecommunications industry. Herwin is currently working as the CEO at Yielder group since January 2019. Prior to this, they served as the Managing Director at Telecombinatie from November 2013 to January 2019. Herwin also held the position of MD Consumer & SME at Tele2 Nederland from July 2012 to July 2013 and MD Consumer from April 2011 to July 2012. Before that, they worked as a Director at BBned from October 2010 to April 2011. Herwin has also gained experience at Tele2 Austria as MD Consumer & SME from December 2008 to September 2010 and as Manager Sales & Customer Operations a.i. at Tele2 Netherlands from September 2008 to December 2008. Herwin started their career at Tele2 in 2005 and held various roles including Manager Sales and Product manager fixed telephony.

From 2003 to 2004, Herwin van der Kamp attended Nyenrode Business University, where they pursued a MsC degree in General Management.
