Michael Aagaard is an accomplished Senior Software Developer with extensive experience in software development within the energy sector and payment solutions. Currently at Yggdrasil Commodities since January 2022, Michael integrates new data sources and implements trading strategies. Previous roles include positions at Centrica Energy Trading, Neas Energy A/S, and Bambora, where responsibilities ranged from managing renewable assets and developing trading platforms to enhancing payment processing functionalities. Michael also has a solid foundation in EDI services from tenure at KMD and has experience with sortation systems from earlier roles at Logistics A/S and Conscius. Michael holds a Master’s degree in Software Engineering from Aalborg University.
