Kadri Eensalu is the National Director and CEO of YFU Estonia / YFU Eesti, overseeing an international high school student exchange organization that involves over 500 volunteers and 8 staff members, facilitating the exchange of more than 60 students annually while welcoming around 40 international youths. Prior to this role, Kadri served as Career Information Manager at Sihtasutus Innove, where responsibilities included developing Estonia's career services system focused on career information, coordinating stakeholder communication, and managing projects within EU programs. Kadri's earlier roles at Sihtasutus Innove encompassed coordinating training for career guidance specialists and maintaining web resources related to career information. Kadri's career began as a Library Information Specialist at Estonian Business School, and academic qualifications include a Master of Library & Information Science and a Bachelor's degree in Information Sciences, both from Tallinn University.
