Erin Pfiffner is a seasoned professional in user experience and marketing communications with over two decades of experience. Currently serving as Senior Director of User Experience at Yext since May 2014, Erin has also held the position of Design Director - Professional Services at the same company. Prior roles include Director of Marketing Communications and Partner & Creative Director at Citrrus, General Manager for Sales, Marketing, and Operations at BetterPress LLC, and Founder and Principal Designer at The Epiffany Effect, LLC. Erin's career began at CEB as Associate Creative Director and spans various roles including Image Analyst/Tech Lead and Marketing Associate at Premier Geospatial, as well as Interactive Coordinator at Barnhart Communications. Erin holds a Bachelor of Arts in Graphic Design from the University of Denver, where education was completed in May 2001, having also attended Saint Mary's Academy prior.
