Meredith Carney is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in compensation and benefits across multiple industries. Currently serving as the Sr. Director of Total Rewards at YETI since November 2024, Meredith previously held significant roles at Safelite AutoGlass, including AVP of Compensation and Benefits and Director of both Benefits & Shared Services and Compensation. Prior experience includes a tenure at EXPRESS as Director of Compensation and Manager of Compensation, where pay structures were redesigned. Meredith also contributed to The Ohio State University from September 2012 to April 2016, managing compensation for executives and staff, and at Battelle in various HR and compensation roles. Meredith holds a Master's degree in Labor and Human Resources and a BA in Political Science from The Ohio State University.
