Marco Bader has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Marco is currently working as the Commercial Director EMEA at YETI since January 2023. Prior to this, they held various roles at Nike, starting as a Sales Coordinator at Dana Corporation in 1999. Marco then worked as an International Sales Manager at CALIDA AG from June 2005 to May 2006. Following that, they joined Timberland and held positions such as Assistant Business Development Manager (Europe), Account Manager Global Distributors (Europe & Australia/New Zealand), and Regional Manager Global Distributors (Central/South America & Australia/New Zealand). Marco worked at Timberland from May 2006 to March 2012. After that, they joined Converse and served as the Sales Manager Emerging Markets EMEA and later as the Field Sales Manager Northern Europe. Marco worked at Converse from March 2012 to May 2017. Finally, they transitioned to Nike and held various roles including Strategic Account Executive for Deichmann Group (Snipes) and Marketplace Development Manager & Director for EMEA. Marco was with Nike from May 2017 to December 2022.

Marco Bader completed their Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the ZHAW School of Management and Law in Winterthur, Switzerland. Marco attended the school from 2001 to 2004. In addition to their formal education, Marco also obtained additional certifications. In July 2020, they received a Certificate of Completion from Circus Street. Marco also completed a course called "The Science of Well-Being" from Yale University in June 2020.
