Reed Domer-Shank, MS, CPHQ, CCHP, serves as Regional Vice President at YesCare since February 2019, where responsibilities include oversight of electronic health records, continuous quality improvement, health data management, and ensuring continuity of care at discharge as a member of the executive leadership team. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Research and Quality at Corizon Health from May 2010 to February 2019, focusing on health data management and business intelligence. Additional positions held include Quality Improvement Monitor at the City of Philadelphia, Manager of Data Analytics for the Philadelphia Prison Systems, and Research Consultant. Reed Domer-Shank holds a Master of Science in Criminology from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from The College of Wooster.
