Francesca Johnson, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Director of Secondary Staffing at YES Prep Public Schools since April 2022. Prior to this role, Francesca was the Regional Director of Staffing at IDEA Public Schools from July 2019 to April 2022. Earlier experience includes serving as the District RTI & At Risk Coordinator at Midland ISD from June 2018 to June 2019, and various positions at IDEA Public Schools, including Lead Interventionist/DI Curriculum Coach and Grade Team Leader/Elementary Teacher between May 2014 and June 2018. Francesca began their career as a Lead Tutor at DC Reads from September 2011 to May 2014. Francesca holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Sociology from Georgetown University, obtained in 2014.
