Nicci Cole possesses extensive leadership experience in the educational sector, currently serving as School Principal at YES Prep Public Schools since July 2019, following roles as Resident Principal and Director of Academics. Previously, Nicci held the position of Assistant Principal at KIPP Texas Public Schools, where responsibilities included managing curriculum implementation, providing instructional coaching, and leading staff development. Nicci's career began as a Science Teacher at Houston ISD, demonstrating significant improvements in student performance on state assessments. Involved with Teach For America in multiple capacities, Nicci has contributed to teacher mentoring and talent acquisition. Nicci holds an MBA for School Leaders from Rice Business and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Women's Studies from the University of Michigan.
