Jasmine McNair is an accomplished educational leader with extensive experience in instructional leadership and science education. Currently serving as Dean of Instruction at YES Prep Public Schools since July 2022, Jasmine has previously held roles including 7th Science Instructor, Principal Intern at Cypress-Fairbanks ISD, and Fellow at the National Science Teachers Association. Jasmine's expertise spans various educational levels, including positions as an 8th Grade Instructional Coach and Science Lead Teacher at Houston ISD, and department chair at KIPP Houston Public Schools. Jasmine's academic background includes a Doctor of Education in Organizational Leadership from Abilene Christian University and two Master's degrees in Environmental Toxicology and Molecular Biology from Texas Southern University and Alcorn State University, respectively.
