Carnetta Griffin, M.A., currently serves as the Director of Student Opportunities & Programs at YES Prep Public Schools, where responsibilities include supporting secondary campuses in creating a holistic educational environment that encourages student engagement and college readiness. With extensive experience in managing student programming across multiple roles, Griffin has successfully led the implementation of enrichment programs, coordinated safety efforts, and managed a significant budget while promoting educational support for diverse student populations. Previous roles at CLC at Dawes Middle School and Dawes Middle School involved pioneering after-school initiatives and mentoring staff, while educational background includes a Master of Arts in Educational Administration Student Affairs and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln.
