Aaron Madson possesses over a decade of experience in educational leadership and support within the YES Prep Public Schools. As the Director of Student Support, Aaron leads a team focused on creating equitable access to quality, college-ready education and developing effective interventions for student success. Previous roles include Dean of Students Team Lead, High School Dean of Students, and AP Spanish Instructor, where Aaron fostered relationships among stakeholders, managed comprehensive programs, and supported academic achievement. With a strong foundation in Spanish education as a former Spanish Teacher and Graduate Teaching Fellow at the University of Houston, Aaron holds a Master's degree in Curriculum and Instruction and a Bachelor's degree in Spanish and Broadcast Journalism from the University of Mississippi.
