Don Bean has worked in various roles since 1997. Don began their career in the U.S. Army as a Fire Protection Specialist, where they served on Noble Eagle/Enduring Freedom Deployment out of Ft Campbell KY. In 2007, they worked as a Maintenance Supervisor at HBE CORP, where they supervised, interviewed and trained employees. From 2008 to 2010, they worked at Town and Country Ford Evansville as an Automotive Salesperson, providing clients quality service and a strong sales delivery. From 2010 to 2012, they worked at Metro PMC as a Property Manager, supervising the management and sales of commercial and residential properties. From 2012 to 2015, they worked at Sears Holdings Corporation as a Sales Project Consultant, providing outside in-home sales presentations and visual home improvement designs with laptop presentations and product demonstrations. From 2015 to 2021, they worked at Mattress Firm as a Sales Manager and Store Manager, where they exceeded sales and margin goals aligned with company goals to increase sales volume and maintained and built upon high customer satisfaction ratings. Currently, Don Bean works at Yes Hearing as a Medical Device Sales-Hearing Instrument Specialist.

Don Bean attended Colorado Technical University from 2013 to 2019, where they studied Psychology (Consumer Behavior).
