Sharada Ramachander is an accomplished professional in talent acquisition with extensive experience across multiple sectors. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Acquisition COE at YES BANK since December 2023, Sharada is responsible for establishing a center of excellence in talent acquisition. Previously, as the Head of Talent Acquisition - Tech & Process at HDFC Bank, Sharada focused on enhancing the talent acquisition roadmap and process transformation. Sharada has also held significant roles at CRISIL Limited, Credit Suisse, Barclays Shared Services, Deutsche Bank, and Genpact, where responsibilities ranged from strategic workforce planning to leading end-to-end recruitment across various business functions. An alumnus of St. Francis College for Women, Sharada holds a Bachelor’s degree in Electronics.
