Rajeev Ranjan is an accomplished banking and digital transformation leader with extensive experience in driving innovation and strategic initiatives across various financial institutions. Currently serving as the Head of Transformation at YES BANK, Rajeev leads transformation initiatives for retail assets and SME business. Prior experience includes directing the Digital Transformation practice at EY, heading SME Digital Banking at IndusInd Bank, and holding significant roles at Axis Bank and KARUR VYSYA BANK, where Rajeev contributed to the development and launch of industry-first digital products and innovative banking solutions. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate Diploma in Management from XLRI Jamshedpur and a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from West Bengal University of Technology, Kolkata.
