Nadia Pacheco Amaro, MSIS, is a Senior User Experience Strategist at Yes& Agency since January 2022, with prior experience as a UX Strategist at P'unk Avenue. Nadia developed expertise in website UX design and research, performing heuristic evaluations, creating personas, prototyping, and conducting user testing. Previous roles include HIT Software Specialist at Delaware Valley Community Health, Graduate Research Assistant at the UNC School of Information and Library Science, and various coordination positions focused on outreach and event planning. Nadia holds a Master of Information Science with a concentration in Human Computer Interaction from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science and Government from the University of Pittsburgh.
