Jeff Nowak has extensive experience in the advertising industry, holding various leadership roles in well-known agencies. Jeff currently serves as the Head of Account Management at Yes& Agency, where they lead a large department and is responsible for driving strategic growth and innovation. Notably, they oversee the agency's relationship with FEMA's National Flood Insurance Program.

Prior to joining Yes& Agency, Nowak worked at Hill Holliday, where they held positions such as EVP, Group Account Director and SVP, Account Director. At Arnold Worldwide, they served as VP, Account Director, overseeing integrated marketing programs for major brands, including Gillette/Oral Care and Vonage. Jeff also worked as an Account Supervisor at Hill Holliday and an Account Executive at AdWorks earlier in their career.

With a strong background in account management and a track record of successful campaigns, Nowak brings valuable expertise and leadership to their current role.
