Kim Steenkamp has extensive experience in recruitment, specializing in permanent positions, particularly in the finance, IT, and sales & marketing sectors. Since 2011, Kim has been with YER EXECUTIVE as a Specialist in Permanent Recruitment Solutions, focusing on senior roles. Prior to this, Kim served as a Managing Consultant, overseeing the recruitment team's management and growth. Previous roles include Consultant for Sales & Marketing at Michael Page International and Business Unit Manager at Luba Groep bv, along with an earlier position as a Trace Agent at Intrum Justitia. Kim holds a Master's degree in Social & Organization Psychology from Leiden University and completed VWO at Huygens Lyceum.
