Audrey Nituan has extensive experience in IT support, currently serving as the IT Helpdesk Technician - Team Lead at Yelp since February 2021, where responsibilities include providing technical support to C-Suite executives, leading a team of IT specialists, and ensuring adherence to IT policies. Previously held roles at Yelp include IT Helpdesk Technician - User Access Management and IT Helpdesk Intern, successfully managing user access issues and providing high-quality customer service. Prior to Yelp, Audrey was a Coding Instructor for Galaxy Kids Code Club, teaching coding concepts to children. Audrey holds an Associate's Degree in Computer Science with a focus on Information Technology from Diablo Valley College and has completed programs at Year Up United and Los Medanos College.
