Melissa Semira has held various leadership roles in the early childhood development and education field. With experience as a Director, Regional Operations Director, Director of Operations, and currently Executive Director of Talent, Learning, and Development, Melissa has a strong background in overseeing operations and implementing training programs. Prior to their career in education, Melissa served as a Front of House Manager for Parasole Restaurant Holdings, Inc. Melissa holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Speech, Language, Hearing Sciences from the University of Minnesota.
