Gerrit Higashi has extensive experience in project management and operations, currently serving as Project Controller/Analyst/Manager at Yeh and Associates, Inc. since March 2020. Prior to this role, Gerrit held multiple positions at J.F. Sato & Associates from May 1999 to March 2020, including Operations Manager and Project Manager, where responsibilities included managing the Building Location Survey project for Xcel Energy, ensuring compliance with PHMSA requirements over a significant span of gas transmission lines. Gerrit also has a background in accounting, business development, and human resources. Gerrit earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from the Colorado School of Mines between 1994 and 1999.
